Good Day

Exciting day here in Punky Land!

One of our local stations, CW31 does a weekly feature called Momtreprenuers [not easy to say, I might add!] and this week, you guessed it, they interviewed me.

I was nervous. Oddly enough, I think I was more nervous today than the day of the interview! And after thinking of all the things I wished I’d said or done, not to mention that fact that seeing myself on TV is just plain weird, I am pleased.

Dave the Amazing Camera/Video guy was wonderful, and CW31/Good Day Sacramento news anchor Stefanie Cruz [a Momtreprenuer herself] was really fun to work with.

Twitter. MySpace. Facebook. Blogger. Wordpress.

The choices are overwhelming.

I found myself today trying to lock up Punky Jane in every place imaginable. I now twitter…although I may not tweet much. I’m on myspace, been on facebook, and am getting ready to transfer my blog to wordpress or blogger.

Is it all really necessary? How many places do I really need to be?

I guess at this point I’ll keep searching out new ways to get the name Punky Jane out there, even if it just points somewhere else. And, maybe someday, I’ll find that perfect gadget/widget/plugin that will let me update one thing and literally be everywhere.

6/25/09 UPDATE :: It's official. I'm a Twitterholic running the TweetDeck like an air traffic controller. The best laid plans...
